- Training is required for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened <br /> release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to: <br /> 1. Familiarity with the emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material; (Emergency Response/Contingency Plan <br /> familiarization). <br /> 2. Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency; (spill reporting). <br /> 3. Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage <br /> to persons, property, or the environment; (spill response). <br /> 4. Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site; (evacuation training). <br /> When the above items have been addressed, complete and submit the Return to Compliance form and/or contact <br /> Robert Lopez and advise the above items have been addressed. Note,CERS does not notify the EHD when you have <br /> completed a submittal. <br /> Be advised,the violation comply by date has passed, consequently all time spent attempting to obtain compliance is <br /> billed at$152 an hour. <br /> As of September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
