I have been informed that a business-person is attempting to qualify for
a SBA loan in order to start a new business on the property. The new business will bring much
needed jobs to the area and tax revenue to the City of Stockton, San Joaquin County and the
State. The environmental status of the site is apparently an impediment to the SBA loan. We
would sincerely appreciate any effort by the RWQCB to expedite the low-risk closure of the Site
and the issuance of a no further action letter.
Respectfully,
LGr= Zero Analysis Inc.
T
Eric L.
