No. 3337 in addition to a copy <br /> of the Grant Deed and an engineer ' s estimate with a <br /> drawing of the required frontage improvements on a form <br /> to be supplied by the Public Works Department . ) <br /> C . The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the Local Health <br /> District and the Department of Public Works . The <br /> system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water <br /> supply in conformance to the requirements of the County <br /> Fire Warden and the local Fire District . <br /> d . The project shall be served by a public sewer <br /> collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works . <br /> e . A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the <br /> approval of the Parcel Map to provide for the <br /> operation, maintenance, and improvement of storm <br /> drainage facilities . <br /> f. The property shall annex to Pacific Gardens Sanitary <br /> District prior to approval of the Parcel Map to provide <br /> for the operation, maintenance , and improvement of <br /> sanitary, sewer facilities . <br />
