Any relocation of undergrounding of existing gas and <br /> electric facilities within the subdivision shall be at <br /> the owner/developer ' s expense. <br /> b. A ten-foot ( 10 ' ) wide public utility easement shall be <br /> dedicated along the southerly boundary line of Parcels <br /> 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 . <br /> 5 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a .
