A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording sthe final map . <br /> b. Connection to a public sewer system is required . A <br /> will serve letter is required from the sewer district <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the . <br /> proposed project prior to recording the final map. <br /> C. Open , pump, and backfill the septic tanks on Parcel 1 <br /> and 2 , under permit and inspection by the Health <br /> District . <br /> d . Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection <br /> by the Health District . <br /> e . Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply systems if any of the existing wells are <br /> used for irrigation. <br /> 3 . STOCKTON FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a . A fire hydrant capable of 1500 gpm shall be required . <br /> b. Access roadways conforming to U .F .C . Section 10 . 207 <br /> shall be provided . <br /> 4 . PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC <br /> a . Any relocation of undergrounding of existing gas and <br /> electric facilities within the subdivision shall be at <br /> the owner/developer ' s expense. <br /> b. A ten-foot ( 10 ' ) wide public utility easement shall be <br /> dedicated along the southerly boundary line of Parcels <br /> 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 . <br /> 5 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a .
