The facility is bordered to the north by a mini storage facility,to the <br /> east by houses (seped m the property by a cinder block wall),to the south <br /> by a hotel, and t the�'v by Harlan Road and Interstate 5. <br /> ILI <br /> FACILITY DESCRIPTION ( C 2.7(a)(3)) <br /> The fuel station occupies approxi telt'two acres, is 100%paved, has bollards surrounding three sides <br /> of the above ground storage tank (AST) area and a cinder block wall on the fourth side. In the northern <br /> portion of the facility,there is one building that contains a mini-mart and Togo's sandwich shop. A <br /> canopy and underground storage tanks (USTs)used for consumer fuel sales are located west of the mini <br /> mart building. There are two USTs located in this area. A 10,000-gallon regular gasoline UST and a <br /> 20,000-gallon UST split into three compartments. The compartments include a 12,000-gallon regular <br /> gasoline compartment, a 4,000-gallon diesel compartment and a 4,000-gallon premium gasoline <br /> compartment. The USTs are exempt from the requirements of the SPCC regulations as they are properly <br /> permitted with the local permitting agency. Figure 1 shows the site location. There is a diesel <br /> emergency generator located on the western side of the minimart building (Figure 2). The diesel <br /> generator is used for backup power and is fed by a 10-gallon diesel AST located in a metal containment <br /> structure. Additionally, four 55-gallon drums are stored in the northwest corner of the site behind the <br /> garbage storage area at the site.
