The tanks are located in a concrete berm <br /> with a net containment capacity of approximately 4,000 gallons. Net containment calculations include <br /> displacement from tanks,pipes, and rainfall. The containment berm will provided sufficient general <br /> secondary containment for the most likely release in the area as described in Table D below. However, <br /> the secondary containment berm is not sufficiently impervious at the current time. Apex observed <br /> two unimpeded drain holes in the northwest corner of the containment area.
