i <br /> I <br /> DISCHARGE NOTIFICATION (40 CFR 112.7 (a)(4)) <br /> Any discharge that affects or threatens to affect navigable waters must be immediately reported to the <br /> National Response Center. The National Response Center is staffed 24 hours a day.
