The Facility is bordered to the <br /> north by a mini storage facility, to the east by houses (separated by a cinder block <br /> wall), to the south by a hotel, and to the west by Harlan Road and Interstate 5. <br /> FACILITY DESCRIPTION (40 CFR 112.7(a)(3)) <br /> The Facility occupies approximately two acres and is 100%paved. The aboveground storage tank <br /> (AST) area within the Facility is located within the southeastern corner and is protected by bollards on <br /> three sides and a cinder block wall on the fourth side. In the northern portion of the Facility, there is one <br /> building that contains a mini-mart and Togo's sandwich shop. Two underground storage tanks (USTs) <br /> with associated fuel dispensers and canopy are located immediately west of the mini mart located within <br /> the Facility. The USTs are exempt from the requirements of the SPCC regulations as they are properly <br /> permitted with the local permitting agency. The USTs consist of a 10,000-gallon regular gasoline UST <br /> and a 20,000-gallon UST split into three compartments. The compartments include a 12,000-gallon <br /> regular gasoline compartment, a 4,000-gallon diesel compartment and a 4,000-gallon premium gasoline <br /> compartment. There is a diesel emergency generator located on the eastern side of the minimart <br /> building. The diesel generator is used for backup power and is fed by a 10-gallon diesel AST located in <br /> a metal containment structure. Additionally, four 55-gallon drums are stored in the northeast corner of <br /> the Facility behind the garbage storage area. The drums are stored on a plastic containment structure. <br /> In the central portion of the Facility, there is a canopy that covers 12 diesel and diesel exhaust fluid <br /> (DEF)refueling islands used by commercial trucks (Figure 2).
