The tasks were to result in clean closure of their waste piles. Central Valley <br /> Water Board staff has determined that the required work has been satisfactorily completed, <br /> and Monier Life Tile has met the requirements of the CAO. Monitoring at the facilities may <br /> cease at this time, however the groundwater monitoring wells installed to comply with the CAO <br /> must be abandoned no later than 1 August 2011. Documentation of the well abandonment <br /> shall be submitted to the Central Valley Water Board within 30 days of completing the field <br /> work. Revised CAO 5-01-722 is hereby rescinded. <br /> We appreciate your efforts to comply with the CAO.
