As discussed, based on the <br /> soil data collected during the groundwater well installations, MonierLifetile is requesting the following changes to <br /> the investigation: <br /> • Three additional borings will be sampled located midway between the existing groundwater wells (See attached <br /> figures) <br /> • Borings will be drilled to 10 feet below ground surface at each site with samples collected at the 0-1', 2.5, 5,and <br /> 10 foot intervals. Samples at the 10'intervals will be run only if the samples from the 5'depth indicate a need. <br /> MonierLifetile is also requesting approval of the noted areas to be used for the Background borings. <br /> We look forward to your response.
