Chain-of-custody documentation will be maintained throughout the project. <br /> Closure <br /> We will proceed with the services outlined above after the appropriate owner authorization has <br /> been granted and after an Environmental Site Assessment permit has been obtained from the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health . Upon completion of the field work and <br /> receipt of the laboratory analytical results, we will prepare a summary report of our findings. <br /> The summary report will include the results of the Geoprobe® investigation. The report will <br /> include relevant background data, soil and water disposal information, investigation and <br /> sampling procedures, laboratory analytical results, a site plan showing boring locations, boring <br /> logs, and a description of conditions encountered.
