Please send me the figures.
Also, I'll need a copy of the City of Stockton encroachment permit# 71082. If it is for push points only and
doesn't include the monitoring wells, either will this boring permit. You will be limited to only installing push
points soil borings, NO WELLS, not even push point wells. City will not allow casings to remain in
boreholes without a revocable permit.
IF it does include the MWs, then I'll need a copy the REVOCABLE permit from the city also. I'll also need to
see the well schematics before I can issue. SJCEHD is mandated to follow California Well Standards,
(DWR) Bulletin 74-90 for specs for well construction. Pre assembled well pacs typically do NOT provide
for the minimum 2"grout (i.e: cement, bentonite slurry, etc) annulus. I'll need to see an overhead view, as
well as a side view of the monitoring well construction details before I can issue a permit to install them. Be
sure dimensions are included and call out ID vs OD please.
Just as a reminder, the Wednesday deadline for the MFR and the $285 is still required. The above noted
concerns must be addressed before I can issue and before you can drill.
Mike Infurna
(209)468-3454
From: Alex Martell [mailto:amartell@geomatrix.com]
Sent: Monday, July 16, 2007 4:39 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: UniFirst work plan and approval
Mike;
Attached are the work plan and water board's approval letter.
Thanks
Alex Martell, Staff Engineer
Geomatrix Consultants, Inc.
1281 E.
