Hamilton SVCS Address: 5473 N. Beecher, Stockton Date: Feb 18, 2014 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br />Comply: 605, 701 <br />605. No accumulation start date was observed on the Waste Oil tank. All hazardous waste tanks shall <br />be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that <br />all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. <br />701. Above Waste Oil has been stored on site longer than 180 days. Facilities who generate less than <br />1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time <br />may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br />dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by 03/18/2014 <br />NOTES <br />The facility generated less than 5 tons of hazardous waste in 2013. Facility is an apple orchard and only <br />changes oil of company tractors and trucks about once a year. Generator stated they do not serve their <br />equipment other than oil change. Facility will be re -categorized as used -oil only. <br />610. No accumulation start date on a 30 -gallon container of used oil filters. Used oil filters must be stored <br />in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation <br />start date.
