Beecher, Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />Discussed with generator Universal Waste management requirements including aerosol cans, lamps, <br />alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. in a closed container with a <br />method to identify the content and the start date of accumulation. Universal Wastes must be managed <br />within 1 year of accumulation, and the disposal records maintained on site for at least 3 years. <br />Also discussed about size determination of hazardous metal before it can be recycled. Hazardous metal <br />that is 100 microns or less cannot be recycled but must be handled as hazardous waste. <br />A copy of CUPA class schedule, blank hazardous waste labels and San Joaquin County Small Business <br />Hazardous Waste Disposal Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br />Submit the following to EHD by: 03/18/2014 <br />1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification (please keep original for <br />your records). 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected. 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, <br />disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME T EHD' URRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Inspector: <br />Re ce ed By: <br />Title: <br />Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
