eight ( 8 ) previously required parking spaces ( PA- 1000264 [SA] ) . At full buildout , thirty- <br /> five ( 35 ) parking spaces shall be provided . ( 2 . 5 spaces are required for every 1 , 000 <br /> square feet of building area ) ( Development Title Section 9 - 1015 . 3 ) <br /> 4 ) A total of seventy-five ( 75 ) overflow parking spaces ( one [ 1 ] space is required for every <br /> two [2 ] attendees ) shall be provided for marketing events . Marketing event parking <br /> may be an alternative surfacing material . <br /> 5 ) Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters <br /> 11A and 11 B of the California Building Code . <br /> 6 ) Parking for marketing events shall be located on maintained grass area to ensure a <br /> dust-free surface . <br /> k . LANDSCAPINGn Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following : <br /> 1 ) A minimum ten ( 10 ) foot wide landscaped strip , respecting the ultimate right- of-way <br /> width of Acampo Road shall be installed across the frontage of the _project site . <br /> ( Development Title Section 9 - 1020 ) The existing landscaping satisfies this <br /> requirement . <br /> 2 ) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance Requirement per California Code of Regulations , Title 23 , Division 2 , <br /> Chapter 2 . 7 . <br /> n . SCREENING : Screening shall be provided and comply with the following : <br /> 1 ) All storage materials and related activities , including storage areas for trash , shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six ( 6 ) to eight ( 8 ) feet in height . Items stored within one hundred <br /> ( 100 ) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than <br /> two ( 2 ) feet above the adjacent screen .
