Parking in the County right- of-way for all winery related events shall be prohibited . It is the responsibility of the applicant to monitor Acampo Road to ensure compliance with this requirement . b . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application . The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application . The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment . The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record .
