c . The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic <br /> resulting from this application . The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application . The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment . <br /> ( Resolution R- 06 - 38 ) <br /> d . The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a twenty-five <br /> ( 25 ) foot wide right- of-way from the centerline of Acampo Road to the property line across <br /> the parcel ' s frontage . ( A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for processing <br /> per Development Title Table 9= 240 . 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal <br /> description of the parcel to be offered for dedication . ) ( Development Title Section 9 . 1150 . 5 ) <br /> e . If any marketing events are held for more than 150 people , the Department of Public <br /> Works reserves the right to require a traffic study to determine the impacts and mitigation <br /> of the proposed project . Owner shall comply with the SWRCB ' s General Order No . 2014- 0057 - DWQ , " General <br /> Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities . " The WDID for <br /> the Industrial General Permit Issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to Public Works . <br /> 3 . ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT : ( Staff contact : Stephen Shih , [209 ] 468 - 9850 ) <br /> a . An addendum to the soil suitability/ nitrate loading study ( SR0031787 ) incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department , indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage . The studies must <br /> be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building <br /> permit( s ) . ( San Joaquin County Development Title , Section 9 - 1105 . 2 ( d ) ) . A review fee of <br /> $ 650 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department . <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval . A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E . P . A . Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel .
