b . Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for . In addition , show <br /> on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven <br /> over , parked on , or used as a storage area . This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only , and it cannot contain any underground utility lines ( San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9 - 1110 . 4 [c] [5 ] ) <br /> c . Construction of an individual sewage disposal system ( s ) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development ( San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title , Section 9 - 1110 . 3 & 9 -11 110 . 4 ) . <br /> d . If floor drains are required , they must be plumbed through a sand /oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the _Environmental Health <br /> Department . A registered engineer must design this system . The material collected in the <br /> above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal . Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental health <br /> Department . The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment . <br /> e . If hazardous material ( s ) is stored on site , the applicant must register all regulated <br /> hazardous materials stored onsite at , cers . calepa . ca . gov , for all regulated Certified Unified <br /> Program Agency ( CUPA. ) programs . <br /> f . If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated , a hazardous waste generator permit must <br /> be obtained from the EHD . The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number <br /> and comply with all applicable regulations . <br /> 4 .
