It is crucial <br />to stock the food warmer to appropriate levels during both peak and off-peak periods. <br />Three peak periods have been identified: Breakfast (5am - 8 am), Lunch (11 am - 2 pm), and <br />Dinner (5 pm - 8 pm). Demographic differences may cause peak time periods and stock levels to <br />vary.
