Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 2 . Construct a water well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22, <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 3 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. State on revised plans or <br /> improvement plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it can not be driven over, parked on or <br /> used as a storage area . <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14, CCR. <br /> 5 .
