All facilities generating waste and connected to the <br /> septic system; and water well are located on one parcel . <br /> 2 . The conditions of approval for UP-89-5 , specifically <br /> Public Health conditions 2 a; b; c ; d; and e, are <br /> intact . <br /> 3 . That their be a long-term, lease agreement regarding the <br /> sub3ect parcels <br /> 4 . Parcels must be connected to the public sewers and <br /> water systems when they become available . <br /> Information : <br /> These parcels are located in a high ground water area . The <br /> septic system would have to be engineered to meet ground <br /> water separation requirements and may take up more land area <br /> than is anticipated which could impact the size of the <br /> parcel . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
