PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a . The final recorded parcel map must have a net remaining of <br /> three (3) acres. <br /> b. Provide a sanitary seal for the domestic well on Parcel 1 . <br /> C . Destroy the abandoned irrigation well on Parcel 1 , under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division . <br /> 3. LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply . Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The Right-of-way shall have a minimum unobstructed width of <br /> not less than 20 feet and turn arounds shall be provided in <br /> all access roads in excess of 150 feet in length adequate to <br /> handle fire apparatus . Vertical road clearance must be <br /> unobstructed of not less than 13 feet 6 inches .
