PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The frontage improvements for Elliott Road across the frontage <br /> of Parcel 1 shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way farm or <br /> estate subdivision street. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred , upon execution by the owner of <br /> a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement , prior to approval <br /> of the Parcel Map. (A $250 .00 fee is required per Ordinance <br /> No. 3337 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an <br /> engineer' s estimate with a typical section drawing on a form <br /> to be supplied by the Public Works Department . ) <br /> b. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply . Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> C . A Parcel Map is required . <br /> d . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision . (The fee currently is $2,699.00 for each single <br /> family dwelling unit in the Lodi area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering News <br /> Record . ) Resolution R-69-946 suspends the fee until February <br /> 1 , 1990 , which has been continued until February 21 , 1990. <br /> e. Dedication to result in a twenty-five foot (25' from the <br /> centerline of Elliott Road to the property line ) wide right- <br /> of-way shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 1 . <br />
