Forest Dake <br /> Road, Acampo, California 95220. <br /> The planned improvement propcses to separate out a 2.5U acre parcel <br /> of a 1..82 parcel resulting in a 2.32 acre remainder. <br /> The tests were performed in accordance with the percolation test <br /> procedures outl:_ned in the "Manual of Septic Tank Practice; published <br /> by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, and per require- <br /> ments of the San Joaquin County Local Health District. <br /> Engineer's Certificate: <br /> On May 2,3 and 4, 1990, percolation tests were performed on the <br /> aoove referenced property by me in cor_formance with San Joaquin Ordi- <br /> nance No. 549. The approximate location of the holes are shown on the <br /> accompanying Detail Map. <br /> Two shallow hole percolation tests were started but were disconti- <br /> nued because of obvious failures. <br /> Two deep hole percolation tests were run because of the failures <br /> of the shallow hole tests. <br /> Test results of the deep hole percolation tests are: Parcel 1 <br /> Percolation Rate = 24 minutes per inch; remainder Parcel Percolation <br /> Rate = 20 minutes per inch. <br /> It is recommenued that a combination of leach lines and pits be <br /> used. <br /> Dwain C.
