PUBLIC HEALTH SER`,°ICES <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply . Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development . <br /> b . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental H-3alth <br /> Division at the time of development . <br /> C . This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No 549 . A <br /> percolation test , 10 foot soil profile , and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation test from the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required . <br /> d . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing the location of the on-site well and <br /> sewage disposal system shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Division . <br />
