The frontage improvements for Buerer Lane shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 50--•foot right--of-way rural -street . The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage Improvement Agreement, prior to approval of <br /> the Parcel Map . (A $250 .00 fee is required for <br /> processing per Ord . No . 3337 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed and an Engineer ' s estimate with a <br /> typical section drawing of the required frontage <br /> improvements on a form to be supplied by the Public <br /> Works Department . ) <br /> h . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map . <br /> i . Parcel #1 and #2 shall be 10 . 0 acre net after <br /> dedications . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> *a . An individual domestic well must be constructed under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development . <br /> *b . An individual sewage disposal system must be <br /> constructed under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development . <br /> 3 . OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a . The Owner shall enter into an agreement with the <br /> Oakdale Irrigation District to provide the following <br /> easements : <br /> 1 . An O. I .D. easement for the Sweet Lateral across <br /> the southwesterly 30-feet of the property. <br /> 2 . A private irrigation easement across the southerly <br /> 20-feet of the center parcel to provide irrigation <br /> access from the turn out on the Sweet Lateral to <br /> the east and west parcels . <br />
