9. Class 9- 11%Discount Debenture Claims(SFC-Sub) <br /> a. Interests in Class: Class 9 consists of all I I%-Discount Debenture Claims. <br /> b. Treatment: Each holder of an Allowed Class 9 Claim shall receive distributions as follows: <br /> i. On the Distribution Date.each holder of an Allowed Class 9 Claim shall receive its pro rata share of the <br /> Class 9 Minimum Recovery(if any), except that in distributing the Class 9 Minimum Recovery,the <br /> Disbursing Agent shall make any distribution on account of the Metz Escrow Recovery only when the <br /> Debtors or the Disbursing Agent has actually received the Metz Escrow Recovery. <br /> ii. After each holder of an Allowed Class 7 Claim has received payment in full at the optional redemption <br /> price in effect on the Effective Date under the 13%Discount Debenture Indenture.each holder of an <br /> Allowed Class 9 Claim will receive its pro rata share of all remaining Net Cash Proceeds. <br /> iii. After each Allowed Class 9 Claim has been paid in full,all Net Cash Proceeds then remaining shall be <br /> distributed to holders of Allowed Class 11 Claims as provided herein. <br /> 10. Class 10-Interests(SFC-Sub) <br /> a. Interests in Class: Class 10 consists of all Interests in SFC-Sub. <br /> b. Treatment: The holder of the Class 10 Interests will retain those Interests under the Plan. <br /> 11. Class 11 -SFC Bondholder Claims(SFC) <br /> a. Claims in Class: Class 11 consists of all SFC Bondholder Claims. <br /> b. Treatment: On the Effective Date,the SFC Bonds will be cancelled and holders of the SFC Bondholder <br /> Claims shall not receive any distribution on account of their Claims. <br /> 12. Class 12 - Interests(SFC) <br /> a. Interests in Class: Class 12 consists of all Interests in SFC. <br /> b. Treatment: The holder of the Class 12 Interests will retain those Interests under the Plan. <br /> 13, Class 13 - Interests(SFA C) <br /> a. Interests in Class: Class 13 consists of all Interests in SFAC. <br /> b. Treatment: On the Effective Date,the Class 13 Interests shall be cancelled and the holders thereof shall not <br /> receive or retain any property on account thereof. <br /> 14. Class 14-Interests(SFFC) <br /> a. Interests in Class: Class 14 consists of all Interests in SFFC. <br /> b. Treatment: The holder of the Class 14 Interests will retain those Interests under the Plan. <br /> 15. Class 15 -Interests(SFC-SPV) <br /> a.
