The addendum has been prepared in accordance with the March 1, 2007 Soil <br /> and Groundwater Quality Investigation Work Plan and the March 12, 2007 approval <br /> letter from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. This addendum <br /> summarizes the site subsurface conditions from the investigation performed during the <br /> week of April 30, 2007.
