A copy of the hazardous waste disposal record for the December 15, 2011 diesel spill was <br /> not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the <br /> disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and <br /> have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of the disposal record specified above, <br /> maintain on site, and submit a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> by July 8, 2012. <br /> 402, 403. Used boom was stored in plastic bags and oil stains were observed on the ground under the <br /> bags. Other used boom was not stored in containers and was piled on the concrete pad. Keep all <br /> hazardous waste in closed, labeled containers which do not leak. Correct immediately. <br /> 404. One open container with one inch of oily liquid was observed. All hazardous waste containers shall <br /> be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and <br /> ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector Recei Title. <br /> �L., (' <br /> EHD 0 ev 04/19/12 Page 4 INSPECTION REPORT <br />
