Interim Remedial Action Work Plan Addendum - <br /> Monitoring Well Installation <br /> THATER PROPERTY (former TUCKER CONSTRUCTION) <br /> 336 East Locust Street, Lodi, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Interim Remedial Action Work Plan <br /> Addendum -Monitoring Well Installation for the property located at 336 East Locust Street, Lodi, <br /> California(site).The scope of work includes installation,development,survey,and sampling of one <br /> additional ground water monitoring well east of the former underground storage tank (UST) area. <br /> The site and the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1;a plan of the site,including soil boring <br /> and well locations,is illustrated on Figure 2.Site background information was included in the AGE- <br /> prepared Interim Remedial Action Work Plan, dated 06 October 2006. <br /> This work plan addendum was prepared in response to a conversation held with Mr. James Barton <br /> of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)on 12 October 2006 and <br /> is in accordance with CVRWQCB guidelines for the investigation of UST sites. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope of the work includes the advancement of one pilot soil boring for the collection of soil <br /> samples and installation of a shallow ground water monitoring well. The scope of work will include <br /> the following tasks: <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities; <br /> • Pilot drilling and soil sample collection; <br /> • Monitoring well installation and development; <br /> • Laboratory analysis of soil samples; <br /> • Ground water sampling and analysis; and <br /> • Preparation of a report of findings. <br /> 2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained from the EHD. In addition, a site health and <br /> safety plan will be prepared in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Guidance Manual <br /> for Hazardous Waste Site Activities (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health <br /> Administration, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, 1985). Prior to <br /> mobilization, the proposed well locations will be clearly marked and a utility clearance obtained <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
