Johnsen, General Manager <br /> DISCHARGE OF TOXIC WASTEWATER TO ARMY COURT STORM SEWER-- <br /> NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST <br /> On March 6, 1991, Quick Brake, located at 2325 W. Charter <br /> ( 1627-H Army Court) , was found to be discharging wastewater <br /> to the City of Stockton storm sewer system in violation of <br /> Stockton Municipal Code 7-089.4, "'Discharges to the Waters of <br /> the State" (California A'ater Code 13387(a)) . The wastewater <br /> contained solids and toxics that must be treated and disposed <br /> of by alternate methods. The test results of our monitoring <br /> of this illegal discharge are attached. <br /> This Notice of Violation is the second issued for the same <br /> ofifense of an illegal discharge to the storm sewer. The <br /> previous violation notice was issued on November 2 , 1989 . <br /> Quick Brake, 2325 W. Charter Way, is hereby ordered to cease <br /> and desist all violations of toxic waste disposal regulations <br /> and all prohibited discharges to the storm sewer. <br /> Quack Brake shall in addition, complete the following no <br /> later than 30 days from the date of receipt of this letter: <br /> 1 .
