Frings <br />Count/Charges: <br />Ct. 1: Health and Safety Code Section 25154 <br />Ct. 2: Health and Safety Code Section 25154 <br />Ct. 3: Health and Safety Code Section 25154 <br />Ct. 4: Health and Safety Code Section 25154 <br />As to Count 1, defendant QB Rebuilders, Inc., enters a plea of no contest <br />H&S § 25154, Unlawful Management of Hazardous Waste, a misdemeanor violation. <br />As to Count 2, defendant QB Rebuilders, Inc., enters a plea of no contest <br />H&S § 25154, Unlawful Management of Hazardous Waste, a misdemeanor violation. <br />As to Count 3, defendant QB Rebuilders, Inc., enters a plea of no contest <br />H&S § 25154, Unlawful Management of Hazardous Waste, a misdemeanor violation. <br />iLAs to Count 4, defendant QB Rebuilders, Inc., enters a plea of no contest <br />H&S § 25154, Unlawful Management of Hazardous Waste, a misdemeanor violation. <br />CONDITIONS OF PROBATION <br />Defendant shall belaced o <br />p n informal probation for a period of three years. <br />Defendant shall pay a $110.00 fine pursuant to Penal Code § 1202.4. <br />Defendant shall obey all environmental, fire and zoning laws, including proper <br />training for employees. <br />CV— Defendant shall submit vehicles and/or any property or area over which it has control <br />to the search and seizure of: any acid all information related to the handling of <br />hazardous waste, any and all information related to the handling of hazardous <br />materials, any and all information related to the disposal of construction debris, any <br />and all information related to employee health and safety training, and any and all <br />information related to violations of the fire code and or any city ordinances or <br />regulations. <br />The District Attorney's Office on behalf of itself, has agreed not to file any additional <br />criminal charges or civil or administrative proceedings seeking penalties or recovery <br />of costs against QB Rebuilders, Inc., and its officers, directors, or employees related to <br />the hazardous waste, hazardous materials, and/or fire code violations originating at <br />2325 Charter Way, Stockton, California between January 1, 1996 and June 30, 2000. <br />
