This bar to further action does not prevent the collection of taxes related to this <br />incident if applicable. <br />Defendant corporation agrees that it must immediately take steps to bring all <br />properties owned, leased, used or otherwise controlled by QB Rebuilders, Inc. into <br />compliance with all environmental, fire and/or zoning laws. Violations which occur <br />after the date of this agreement are subject to additional subsequent actions. <br />In lieu of TWO THOUSAND (2000) hours of community service work by the <br />corporate officers of QB Rebuilders, Inc., QB <br />small quantity hazardous waste generator classes Rebuilders, <br />he businesses f Santo <br />au uin <br />County through San Joaquin County Public Health Services — Environmental Health <br />Division. QB Rebuilders, Inc. shall fund FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($50,000.00) in classes which shall be made available at the following rate: <br />TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00) between July 10, <br />2000 and July 9, 2001; <br />TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00) between July 10, <br />2001 and July 9, 2002; <br />TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00) between July 10, <br />2002 and July 9, 2003; <br />TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00) between July 10, <br />2003 and July 9, 2004. <br />QB Rebuilders' agreement to fund FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00) of <br />hazardous waste generator classes will satisfy the community service requirement for <br />QB Rebuilders and Hubert P. Frings, concurrently. <br />At this time, it is envisioned that the majority of the courses will be coordinated with <br />the California Department of Toxic Substances Control. However, any small quantity <br />hazardous waste generator class approved by the Director of the San Joaquin Count <br />Environmental Health Division will meet the terms of this agreement. QB Rebuilders, <br />Inc. shall pay for the courses upon receipt of a cost outline from the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Division in a timely manner. <br />2. <br />
