R.E.H.S. <br />Finding #1: <br />All containers of hazardous waste must be label with the following: <br />- The word "Hazardous Waste" <br />- Generator Name & Address <br />- Accumulation Start Date <br />- EPA ID# <br />- Physical State <br />- Hazardous Properties <br />The following containers were not labeled properly: <br />1) Drained oil tub in teardown check — No Label <br />2) (2) Drums in teardown area for brake fluid — No Label <br />3) Tote of shotblast waste in back of building — No Label <br />4) Wastewater drum for "Rocktumbler/washer" — No Label <br />5) Shot blast container near washer — No Label <br />Properly label all containers of hazardous waste as specified in Title 22 Hazardous Waste <br />Regulations.
