#2 — The two drums in <br />teardown that were missing <br />labels has been relabeled. <br />The original label on the <br />drums fell into the <br />secondary containment. To <br />avoid future occurrences, <br />we have modified the way <br />in which the label is hook <br />onto the secondary <br />containment. The label will <br />always be visible to <br />everyone. Corrective Action <br />Comnleted 05/26/06 <br />2 <br />#3 — A label has been <br />placed on the wastewater <br />drum near the rock <br />tumbling machine.
