Report completed on October 19, 2011. Checklist left on <br />site at time of inspection. <br />Class II violations: (9999) <br />9999. The hazardous training is being directed by Tom Garing, Jennifer Gutierrez, and Julio Pineda, who <br />are lacking current training. Previously training was directed by Kosal Vong, whose HAZWOPER training <br />expired in 2009. Facility personnel shall complete a training program that teaches them to perform their <br />duties in a way that ensures the facility's compliance with Title 22 regulations. This program shall be <br />directed by a person trained in hazardous waste management procedures. Immediately conduct <br />hazardous waste management training program for this facility in accordance with Title 22 regulations, <br />which is directed by persons who have current hazardous waste training, and ensure that all employees <br />complete this training within six months of hire and at least annually thereafter.
