REQUIREMENTS <br /> 3. 1 Qualification. The carbon removing compounds furnished under this <br /> specification shall be liquid products which are qualified for listing on the <br /> applicable Qualified Products List at the time set for opening of bids (see <br /> 4.4 and 6.3) . The compound supplied under contract shall be identical to <br /> the material receiving qualification. Any change in formulation will necessi- <br /> tate requalification. <br /> 3.2 Composition. The manufacturer is allowed discretion in the choice of <br /> raw materials provided the compound conforms to all the requirements of Table <br /> and 3.3 through 3.20. Type I compound is concentrated and shall be diluted <br /> with an equal volume of distilled water before testing for compliance with <br /> the requirements of Table I and 3. 3 through 3.20. <br />
