Type 1 carbon removing compound shall be a liquid plus
sediment. The sediment shall not be settled, caked, gelled, and/or thick- J
ened to such a degree that it cannot be easily redispersed to a uniform
mixture when tested as in 4.5.7.1 (see 6.4). When diluted with an equal
volume of distilled water and mixed as in 4.5.7.1, it shall be a free flow-
ing liquid and shall not contain insoluble matter in excess of 0.020 grams/
100 ml. of diluted compound when tested as described in 4.5.7.3.
3.3.2 Type 11.
