Schedules, location maps and facility maps are also included in the Work <br /> Plan. This document retains the formatting of the APP/SSHP as required in Appendix A of EM <br /> 385-1-1 (15 September 2008), and Appendix I to this document contains the site specific Safety <br /> and Health Plan (SSHP). <br /> OTIE will provide personnel, equipment and resources necessary for field work, project <br /> management and oversight of project activities including: scoping, planning, estimating, <br /> executing, tracking, controlling, reporting, analyzing and project close-out. This will also include <br /> direct management of the project and the support of administrative functions. Support of these <br /> functions will include submittal of periodic reports and meetings, document review and report for <br /> submittal to the California Army National Guard (CA ARNG). <br /> Specific field tasks include: <br /> • Mobilization <br /> • Underground Utility Clearance <br /> • Soil Sampling <br /> • Soil Excavation <br /> • Offsite Transport and Disposal of Soil <br /> • Demobilization <br /> OTIE 1 <br />
