Prior to <br /> entering work areas, visitors will read, understand, and sign the APP/SSHP compliance <br /> agreements and wear PPE specified in the APP/SSHP/AHAs and by the SSHO. The <br /> APP/SSHP Compliance Agreement is found in Appendix E.
