APP <br /> Well Installation and Sampling at California National Guard Field Maintenance Shop <br /> Stockton, California <br /> 5.0 SUBCONTRACTOR AND SUPPLIERS <br /> All subcontractors and craft labor have the responsibility to report any unsafe conditions and <br /> actions, accidents, exposures, near misses, or property damage immediately to the SSHO. <br /> They will also comply with all project safety and health work requirements, applicable OSHA <br /> regulations, and US Army Corp of Engineers EM 385-1-1, Safety and Health Requirements <br /> Manual, dated 15 September 2008 and wear all specified PPE. If this is the case the <br /> APP will be corrected as necessary. <br /> 5.1 COORDINATION AND CONTROL OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS <br /> The PM/site FTL will coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all contractual requirements <br /> have been met, security submittals have been made and the site is ready for them prior to them <br /> arriving at the site. The PM/FTL will also ensure that the subcontractors arrive prepared to work <br /> by making sure that all of their required safety-related paperwork is in order and materials have <br /> been submitted and approved prior to them arriving on the site. <br /> Subcontractors and suppliers that fail to perform or conduct themselves in an acceptable <br /> manner will be dealt with according to the provisions of their respective contracts and/or <br /> OTIE 10 <br />
