This program reflects changes in the conditions at the site, notably installation of the
recovery system, and responds to your request for reduction in monitoring for volatile compounds.
It also reflects the change from use of USEPA Method 8020 to USEPA Method 8021 for those
compounds. This monitoring program applies to all wells on the site. The program requires
submittal of quarterly reports on the 15th day of the month following the calendar quarter in which
the samples were taken, and an annual report on the 30th of January for the preceding year. The
revised program should be implemented in time for the fourth quarter, 1996, sampling round.
Please contact me at(916) 255-3119 if you have any questions.
G4 WIGGET
Associate Engineering Geologist
Aboveground Storage Tanks Unit
GW:gw
Enclosure
cc: Ms Betsy Jennings, OCC, State Water Resources Control Board, Sacramento
Mr Mike Infurna, San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Stockton
Mr. Roy Greengrass, Leprino Foods, Tracy
Mr Chris Williams, Hydro-Search, Golden, Colorado
