Any unusual <br /> characteristics shall be reported. Detection Limit shall be reported,and failure to obtain the USEPA <br /> recommended MDL of 50 NA-shall be noted and explained. <br /> 3 Report all peaks. Method detection limit using this method varies according to compound. Detection <br /> limit achieved shall be reported,and failure to obtain the USEPA recommended MDLs shall be noted and <br /> explained. <br /> REPORTING <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the month following the end of <br /> each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no <br /> longer necessary. Each quarterly report shall include a ground water contour map and contaminant <br /> concentration maps, and shall summarize the status of any ongoing investigation and remediation, <br /> and shall present in tabular form the water quality data,depth to ground water or free product, and <br /> the thickness of free product. The report also shall state the amount of product and water treated <br /> and discharged during the preceding quarter. <br /> An annual report evaluating the effectiveness and progress of investigation and remediation shall be <br /> submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year. This report may include the fourth quarter <br /> report for the preceding year. The report shall contain at minimum the following information: <br />
