MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 96-813 3 <br /> LEPRINO FOODS <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> • Tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year; <br /> • Ground water contour maps and contaminant concentration maps; <br /> • A discussion of spatial and temporal trends in the concentrations of pollutants in ground <br /> water monitoring wells; <br /> • Analysis of whether the plume is being controlled or is continuing to spread; <br /> • Plans as necessary for improving the recovery and/or treatment system(s) and the <br /> anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities. <br /> • Statement of explanation for and duration of any interruptions in the operation of recovery <br /> and treatment systems. <br /> Based on the data from the previous years, the Annual Report shall identify and discuss any data <br /> gaps and potential deficiencies or redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting program, and <br /> shall propose and offer a rationale for any necessary revisions. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required or at locations in addition to <br /> those specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br /> This Monitoring and Reporting Program shall become effective on the date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by: (1)tom— a • 0-....
