As discussed
during the meeting, a corrected Plate 3 for the November 30, 1995 Kleinfelder report is
attached. That map had a concentration of 310 ug/l erroneously noted in the groundwater
sample from MW-7. However, the table and analytical reports in the Kleinfelder report
correctly stated the water sample as non-detect. Also, as discussed during the meeting, we
will have the following services conducted on-site:
• A new monitoring well (MW-14) will be constructed near the western site
boundary at a location between MW-5 and MW-6. The new well will be
constructed identical to MW-5 and MW-6 (see Kleinfelder report dated
November 30, 1994 for construction details) except that the well will be 4-
inches in diameter.
• A new extraction well (EW-2) will be installed approximately 175 feet south of
MW-11 as noted on the attached plate.
• Field testing will be conducted using an Ejector Systems product recovery
system on EW-1, MW-1, MW-3, MW-4, MW-12 and EW-2.
