(Leprino) monitors groundwater at its plant in Tracy, San Joaquin County,
under Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) No. R5-2003-0808. Groundwater is polluted
with total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) due to a historical release from an aboveground tank
(AGT). On 12 March 2007, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley
Region (Regional Water Board) staff sent Leprino a draft revised MRP that would better reflect
the changing site conditions and remediation efforts. Leprino submitted comments on the
draft revised MRP in emails on 4 April 2007 and 17 October 2007. Regional Water Board staff
reviewed your comments and incorporated some of your suggested changes in the final
revised MRP No. R5-2007-0811, which is enclosed and now in effect.
MRP No. R5-2007-0811 also includes the California Code of Regulations.
