Box 1200 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> Subject: Limited Subsurface Assessment <br /> Former SODA CORNERS Property <br /> 7920 Lower Sacramento Road, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Bovee: <br /> At your request,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has conducted a Limited Subsurface <br /> Assessment in two areas of potential concern on the subject property at 7920 Lower Sacramento <br /> Road, Stockton,California(the subject property). This assessment was recommended based on the <br /> finding from research conducted by AGE and reported in a Phase 1 Environmental Assessment <br /> Report for the subject property. Historically the site has been used for commercial sales, food sales <br /> and used for a short period of time as a dry-cleaning service location. Historical use of the site did <br /> not appear to include fuel dispensing or sales. It is unknown weather or not active dry-cleaning <br /> occurred on the subject property. <br /> Figure 1 depicts the subject property and its surrounding vicinity. Figure 2 depicts the outline and <br /> approximate location of former structures on the subject property, areas of investigation and <br /> surrounding sites. <br /> 1.0. SITE LOCATION/DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hammer Lane and Lower <br /> Sacramento Road in a commercial/residential area of low topographic relief in north Stockton at an <br /> elevation between 10 and 15 feet above mean sea level. Residential properties lie north and east of <br /> the subject property. The regional slope of the area is toward the west. No structures were present <br /> on the subject property during the time of this investigation due to ongoing development.
