Lodi Avenue <br /> Lodi, California <br />' 1.0, <br /> INTRODUCTION <br />' At the request of Mr Nicholas Bokides of Mel Bokides Petroleum, Inc , Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this Quarterly Report for 501 W Lodi Avenue (site), <br />' Lodi, California The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on <br /> Figure 1 Site structures and monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> The scope of work was to monitor and sample six ground water monitoring wells at the site The <br /> objective of the work was to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in ground <br /> water and to characterize ground water flow direction and gradient on the site <br /> A summary of previous investigations at the site was included in the Work Plan for Site Assessment, <br /> Mel Bokides Petroleum, 501 West Lodi Avenue, Lodi, California, dated 15 May 1998 and the <br />' Quarterly Report, 501 West Lodi, California, dated 21 January 1999, prepared by AGE <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' Field work and preparation of this report was conducted in accordance with guidelines established <br /> by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)and by the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) for the subsurface <br />' investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites <br /> 21 GROUND WATER WELL ELEVATION SURVEY <br /> On 26 March 1999, a California state-licensed survey engineer from Baumbach & Piazza, Inc <br />' surveyed a reference point on the top of each ground water monitoring well at the site to the nearest <br /> 0 01-foot relative to the City of Lodi Bench Marks and Description BM# 767 at 44 54 feet above <br /> mean sea level (msl) The results of the monitoring well survey are contained in Table 1 The <br />' surveying report (Baumbach& Piazza) is presented in Appendix A <br /> t22- MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES-- - -- <br />' On 23 February 1999,the depth to ground water in each monitoring well was measured to the nearest <br /> 0 01 foot from the tops of the well casings utilizing a Solist water level meter Well water volume <br /> from BMW-1,BMW-2, BMW-3, BMW-4 and BMW-5 (site wells) and MW-5 (off-site well) were <br /> Advanced GeoEmironmental,Inc <br />
