Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> B. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to Improvement Plan approval or Occupancy Permit approval <br /> (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> C. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> D.
