Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> F. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Properly destroy seepage pits in storm water retention pond. This must be done <br /> under Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division supervision. Work- <br /> plan for seepage pit destruction must include confirmation sampling. <br /> NOTE: Under current regulations, the proposed composting site will not require a Solid <br /> Waste Permit from this Division; however, the State of California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board is currently drafting regulations that may require <br /> permitting or notification from this Division or the State of California for this <br /> activity. <br />
